Join Tara Diversi (Certified Speaking Professional, psychologist, and experienced Chair and board member) for an introduction to the skills that guide meetings, presentations and conversations to real outcomes: building confidence, facilitating from the background, asking the right questions, listening so people feel heard, and the preparation that makes facilitators seem spontaneous.
